Stock & orders

We do not keep stock of every product displayed. Orders are taken in bulk and manufactured as per customer requirements. Orders are manufactured and shipped after full/required advance payment.

Color & description

Product images and color schemes are best-effort approximations. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or monitor settings; product details like weight and size are approximate.

After placing your order

You will receive an order acknowledgement email. This is not confirmation — the order will be confirmed by M/S SAKET via a separate mail after discussion. We reserve the right to cancel orders for stock, payment, or transport issues, incorrect address, or technical problems.

Payment & shipping

Currently the site accepts direct bank transfer only. 50% advance is required before manufacturing and the balance before shipping. Shipping is as per lead time. Terms may change at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before confirmation by calling the contact numbers on the Contact Us page with your order number and details.
